1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArkRoute ("Service"), operated by ArkRoute ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArkRoute provides a unified API for visual AI model access, including image and video generation. We act as an intermediary, routing your requests to third-party AI model providers.

3. Account & API Keys

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable.
Credits do not expire.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits. Contact support@ark-route.com.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes or to generate illegal content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Resell API access without written permission.
Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse free credits.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, etc.).

7. Third-Party Services

ArkRoute routes requests to third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content policies of these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
