Account data: Email address and hashed password (or Google account ID for OAuth users).

Usage data: API requests (model used, timestamp, credit cost). We do not store the content of your generated images or videos.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process payments and manage credits.
• To communicate service updates or support responses.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI model providers — Your prompts/images are sent to generate content. Refer to each provider's privacy policy.
• Stripe — For payment processing.
• Law enforcement — If required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You can request account deletion by contacting support.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure API key generation. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies (authentication tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@ark-route.com.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
